With over 18 years of experience in energy and environmental law and policy, I am a passionate and skilled legal and policy professional, currently serving as VP Legal, Regulatory and Policy at The Accelerate Group, a global consultancy that helps clients in advancing clean tech, smart cities, innovative government and economic development projects.My core competencies include cleantech and clean energy, environmental and energy regulations, energy markets, emissions trading, regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions, environmental and cleantech finance. I am advising Illinois Finance Authority/Climate Bank, state utility regulators and nonprofits in California, Louisiana and Illinois on various climate funding opportunities. I have advised the Chairman of the Illinois Commerce Commission on various matters related to utility regulation, renewable energy, and grid modernization.
