I act as an Independent Loan Facilitator Broker for various companies. I facilitate Asset Finance where I source finance for assets and other specific needs.I facilitate Hire Purchased Loans, Financial Leases and Operating Leases (Rent-to-own).I am remunerated by the company who approves the loan.I do not charge additional raising fees; standard industry rates can be > 3% on loan amount. I work on a No Fee bases when application was declined. I Prepare and submit all paperwork on behalf of the client to the banks/private funders timeously.I liaise on the client`s behalf with the companies regarding finance approvals and invoicing details.I have no influence on Administration fees and rates offered by company approving loan.I also act as a Broker of financial services under the Fit and Proper regulations of the FAIS Act for Isheesha Trading & Investments T/a G.B.W. Financial Planners Reg. no. 2010/016686/07 GBW brokerage has written authority to market the products of the following product suppliers and I am accredited to market their products: Discovery Life and Health, Sanlam Life, Professional Provident Society, Allan Gray, Momentum, Liberty Life, Hollard, Altrisk, Investec, Coronation, Old Mutual If services related to G.B.W. Financial Planners are required an additional disclosure will be send. AgriFinance Hub does not fall under the FSB in any of its structures and neither under the National Credit Act. Neither does the services offered fall under any of the services offered GBW Financial Planners.
