    Hallidays Developments Ltd specialises in the restoration of listed buildings. Sensitively bringing them back into the modern world by installing 'Green' technologies. The latest project has been the conversion of a Grade II listed Mill into four luxury apartments. An Archimedes Hydro-Screw has been installed in the river to provide the power to the building. This is backed-up in the summer months by a Photo Voltaic array on the roof. A water source heat pump has been laid in the bed of the river providing all the hot water and heating for the building.
