I did a research for a replacement of the current Remote Administration Tool. The first objective was to prove that the current level of security of that tool wasn't good enough for the needs of the company. After that I wrote an advisement of what new tool should be implemented company wide. This advisement was mostly focussed on the security aspects of the tool.

Worked as an IT Service Desk employee. We needed to satisfy the international wide employees of De Lage Landen and find a solution for his or her problem. The fun of the job is to work with a team of equally minded young IT professionals.
