I am responsible for all updates for on-premise, Boltrics Cloud, and Microsoft Cloud clients, both nationally and internationally. Our customers are kept up-to-date with the latest software on a monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis, totaling approximately 900 major updates per year. This ensures that our clients can always benefit from the most recent features and improvements.In my role as the Team Lead of the IT-Operations team, I lead a highly skilled team with proficiency in servers, connections, Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure), Business Central, and PowerShell. Our collective goal is to be as agile as possible and achieve on-demand releases. At HSO Nederland, I initiated the graduation project titled "Pleasing with Releasing." Software releasing is a complex process aimed at delivering multiple high-quality product releases quickly. Throughout the entire software delivery cycle, release management is one of the key practices ensuring organizational alignment, predictability, and high-quality software delivery.Collaborating with colleagues from HSO Netherlands and a large international client, I analyzed the processes and explored ways to enhance the release management process. The outcome was the "Handbook Release Management," detailing processes such as customer engagement, unified operations, logic apps, One Version, external interfaces, and various smaller processes. The handbook gained approval from the board and all stakeholders, solidifying support for the improved release management process.

For years, I have been dedicated to providing table tennis training. Like many, I started as an assistant trainer, a role I fulfilled from February 2010 to April 2013. Since then, I have been independently leading training sessions, collaborating with assistant trainers within the club. Notably, in June 2018, I attained the Level 3 Table Tennis Trainer diploma after a one-year training program.The Level 3 Table Tennis Trainer certification focuses on developing skills as a club trainer. The comprehensive program covers a wide range of topics, including technique, tactics, organization, mental aspects, and tournament formats. It is an exhaustive and demanding training.The course involves teaching various groups, including children, seniors, individuals with disabilities, beginners, and advanced players. It is the most comprehensive training for those who aspire to make table tennis their profession. Level 3 trainers are often engaged by the Table Tennis Federation for roles such as instructors, assessors, or mentors in their training programs.

This includes activities such as recruiting new members, organizing tournaments, arranging information sessions, and maintaining the newsletter.Besides I maintained the whole website ttvbit.nl (joomla).I have been actively involved in the Youth Committee for several years, primarily overseeing the organization of various tournaments and managing membership acquisition through clinics and activities. The CIO Office department lays a solid foundation for business-oriented ICT developments and plays a pivotal role in shaping the course and direction of ProRail's ICT development. They monitor and analyze market developments in ICT, translating them into strategic ICT choices within ProRail. Project proposals and initiatives are consolidated into a comprehensive ProRail-wide ICT realizable Project Portfolio. Architectural teams follow and document strategic developments.The translation of strategic choices and desired business developments, aligned with ICT development departments, is incorporated into the Integrated ProRail Information Plan. An Integrated (ICT-wide) Project Portfolio is compiled based on a transparent assessment process.Process Management, responsible for setting guidelines and ensuring the way of working, methodologies, and standards, forms the basis for further implementation. This includes the process design of supplier and contract management.Personal contribution:During this internship, I contributed to the "Organizing Around Services" project. This initiative aims to restructure ProRail ICT (600 employees) into services rather than departments. The organization intends to align more closely with frameworks such as SAFe. I collaborated with MT members and the project team to shape the vision of how ProRail could look in 2 years and identified the necessary steps to achieve this transformation.

IPPM is responsible for strategically and policy-wise advancing the organization concerning information and automation issues. It involves initiating and steering strategic and tactical issues with political, organizational, economic, and/or societal impact.Actively engaged in external relationship networks at national, regional, and local levels. Developing vision, policy, and providing advisory services to the executive board and the council on policy priorities from market activities and ensuring implementation.Contributions during the internship:I independently executed two assignments and shadowed the CIO of the IPPM department. For the Municipality of Ede, I made the tendering process transparent for direct, multiple, and European tendering. This allows colleagues to avoid the hassle of searching, providing clear information on the duration of a tender, required documents, and the owner of each process step.In addition to the tendering process, I also worked on an assignment related to the Enterprise Architecture of the Municipality of Ede. Collaborating with architects, we developed an architectural model for the entire municipality based on various frameworks such as GEMMA, TOGAF, and NORA. This was summarized in a cube and an animation, facilitating communication to all departments.

I was actively involved in maintaining four websites, namely zoo-enzo.nl, aquarium-enzo.nl, hengelsport-enzo.nl, and paardensport-enzo.nl. This primarily involved tasks such as product placement on the websites, writing SEO content, driving traffic, and daily website management.Furthermore, I provided support to ZOO&ZO's restaurant, Lorenzo, leveraging my previous work experience to handle busy periods effectively. CASE stands for CIOS Arnhem Sporting Events. It is an events agency that organizes activities for primary education, secondary education, and vocational education (MBO). The agency consists of twelve students from CIOS pursuing the Sports Management program, along with two CIOS instructors serving as the main coordinators of the agency. Committed to quality, CASE takes into consideration the client's preferences and strives to alleviate their workload.CASE acts as the liaison between students and primary, secondary, and MBO schools for which sports days are organized. Additionally, the agency manages the National Championships in Badminton, Beach Volleyball, Women's Soccer, Handball, and Swimming for MBO education, and oversees the Vitesse Scouting Days.During my time at CASE, I developed into a versatile professional in the areas of activity organization, financial management, and the creation of new events. As part of a 12-member project team, I had the privilege of leading and guiding the team starting in 2015, which proved to be a highly rewarding challenge and a significant learning experience.
