As Team Manager sexual health I am leading a team of 25 professionals, including doctors, nurses, policy advisors and project leaders. With this team I am running one of the bigger sexual health centers in the country, which provides services to 15 municipalities. We conduct individual consultations about sexually transmitted diseases and sexuality, provide sexual health education, promote conscious decision making about pregnancy among vulnerable people and work on prevention and ending of sexual violence, involuntary sexwork and female genital mutilation.

Systematic literature review on the determinants of adherence to antiretroviral treatment in Africa for the Communication Science Chair Group of Wageningen University in the Netherlands. Based on the findings developing, pre-testing and quantitative analyses of three structured questionnaires as part of a longitudinal study about determinants of treatment adherence. The study included a comparative analyses of different tools to measure adherence. Quantitative analyses was done with SPSS.
