AERA produces many ventilation systems and air handling units. It carries out projects together with European-based companies. Tasks I performed;• Market research, researching product-appropriate regulations and new product project planning.• Project management, project planning and forming the project team.• Ensuring coordination between the customer and the project team.• Product design, supplier research, selection of main materials, creation of bill of material and cost calculation.• Production follow-up, testing, analysis and revisions of the prototype product.• Creating risk analysis, user manual, labeling and packaging instructions.• Preparing product documentation and product certification.• Management of engineering change requests.• Result-oriented work and problem-solving.• Reporting.

It produces many heating systems such as Storage tank, Boiler, Combi and Radiator. Tasks I performed;• Researching TSE 736 standard and pressure vessel regulations.• Using heat transfer calculations and calculating boiler energy.• Using strength calculations and determining sheet thickness of cylindrical tanks.• Mechanical design, 3D modeling, technical drawing preparation, tolerance and geometric dimensioning.• Production follow-up, testing, analysis and revisions of the prototype product.• Creating quality control instructions according to boiler product regulations.• Creating the pressure test instruction.• Creating risk analysis, user manual, labeling and packaging instructions.• Preparing product documentation, participating in product certification and TS 736 audits.• Commissioning in production and training production personnel.• Production development, design, production and commissioning of serpentine pipe opening machine.• Result-oriented work, creativity and problem solving.• Reporting.

It produces flat steel into slicing, cut-to-length, pipe profile and open profile forms. It also carries out the machinery manufacturing of these processes. Tasks I performed;• Monthly and weekly production planning, creating work orders and production tracking.• Assigning personnel, reporting shifts and shifts.• Reporting production activity report and fault-stop report.• Follow-up of maintenance-repair processes of hydraulic and pneumatic mechanisms• Solving production problems.• Production development and application of lean production techniques.

It designs and produces defense and rescue equipment supported by Kosgep and Tubitak. Tasks I performed;• Mechanical design, supplier research, material selection and product recipe creation.• 3D modeling, technical drawing preparation, tolerance and geometric dimensioning with Solidworks.• Prototype testing, prototype analysis and revision tracking.
