Chief is a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there. Chief is the only organization specifically designed for senior women leaders to strengthen their leadership journey, cross-pollinate ideas across industries, and affect change from the top-down.

Quiksilver Women - a division of the Quiksilver, Inc. outdoor sports lifestyle brand, was designed for young women with a coastal mindset and an independent spirit. • Developed the global creative launch strategy for Quiksilver Women through unique content and storytelling tools, bringing a female perspective to the brand’s rich outdoor sports heritage. • Directed internal teams and agencies in producing award-winning creative materials, including branding and visual direction for photography, catalogs, digital and social media and retail/trade show environments. • Established the global creative direction and content for all social media platforms, resulting in custom integrated campaigns. Increased Facebook ‘likes’ by 885% in two years. • Developed concepts and executed deliverables for yearly and seasonal product campaigns, contributing to a 52% increase in overall sales.

Roxy is the women’s fashion apparel brand launched by Quiksilver in 1990. In addition to apparel, the brand also provides accessories, home items, hard goods (snow and surf), wetsuits, footwear, books and perfumes; and represents many of the world’s top female surfers. • Created a new brand creative direction through photography and graphic design to focus on a fashion-forward consumer while maintaining the spirit of the original Roxy brand. • Implemented a new creative workflow process to increase efficiency; and developed a specialty retail program which resulted in increased sales and effective store channel communication. • Created and lead Roxy’s conceptual and visual creative, branding and identity systems for all platforms including print advertising, digital, video and retail experiences.

BCBG is a global fashion leader with a brand portfolio including BCBGirls, BCBGMaxAzria, Herve Leger, Max & Cleo, and Max Azria. The group’s vast portfolio of over 15 brands encompasses a retail and wholesale network of more than 9,000 points of sale in over 45 countries on 5 continents. • Concepted and created content for photo campaign executions, providing editorial direction for seasonal catalogs, monthly mailers and look books. • Supervised the design strategies in alignment with product briefs and line plans, overseeing all design teams. • Directed seasonal packaging program in collaboration with international vendors, displaying strong grasp of packaging engineering and subsequent costing & quality implications. • Art directed printed collateral from design concept, layout and accessories to editorial photography.

Special projects for fashion, apparel and footwear brands, securing a client rosterthat included Vans footwear & apparel, Smash Magazine, Dove Self Esteem Fund, Lucie Dougherty and Maria Inez, Inc.• Concepted and created Vans Girls footwear Fall 2008 line including concepts, prints,color ways & materials.• Directed and produced fashion photo shoots for multiple magazine features and catalogshowcases.• Designed and developed the Dove Self Esteem Fund brand identity and design for packaging andbroadcast media, in cooperation with multiple teams and agencies.

Fox Head, Inc. (“Fox”) is the iconic global leader in motorcross and a leading action sports apparel brand. • Art directed the lifestyle marketing and promotional materials for diverse seasonal advertising campaigns, including design and photography for five lifestyle categories: Fox Junior’s, Men’s, Core Sports, Eyewear and Kids. • Developed brand strategy and maintenance for the Fox visual brand identity by relating catalog, tradeshow, POP and apparel graphics to maintain consistency. • Created advertising, dealer and trade catalogs from design concepts and layout, to design and photography art direction; and managed designers, photographers, stylists, props and production. • Aligned with apparel team to determine key product stories and formulate marketing materials utilizing seasonal pinnacle products.

Four star is C1RCA, an independent lifestyle brand, rooted in skateboarding, influenced by music, art and culture. • Managed the apparel and graphic design teams for C1RCA and C1 Denim Co. • Created, art directed, and designed marketing collateral, lookbooks, and phototography • Managed overseas vendors and conducted development and sourcing trips to Asia and Europe.Analyzed global market trends, consumers and competitors through research and international travel. • Facilitated vital creative conversations between the design team and sponsored athletes.

JDK Design brings a multidisciplinary approach to brands seeking design distinction with a youth-inspired progressive mindset. Their proprietary philosophy provides the conceptual basis for all graphic identity, product design, packaging, visual merchandising, print, and beyond. • Designed and developed creative ideation for clients Burton Snowboards, IBM, Phish, Boarding for Breast Cancer, Higher Ground, Channel Health, STX, Vermont Print and Mail, and Trakair. • Developed visual brand identity for promotional materials; and consumer and dealer catalogs including design, copy organization, art direction of photography, and management of production.

Contributed to the development of graphic and wayfinding systems currently being used by The University of Calgary and The Calgary International Airport.
