Providing presence and security for various staff across the hospitality and retail industry

Community centered role teaching domestic migrants who have little to no English skills the basics to survive in Australia. The role follows the guidelines set out by EAL level 1.

The role involved the use of various power tools and prefabricated material to construct portable homes, offices and lavatories. Team work, planning and time management were an essential part of the role. Unfortunately McGregors had a restructure and removed all their part time employees.

Entry level position Initially at Singing Wok, focused on dishes from Malaysia and then at Pink Rabbit, which was a fusion of Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese dishes.

● Won a contract under the Working for Victoria scheme with Council and successfully worked as part of a team on a variety of projects aimed at conserving, regenerating and improving parks, gardens and assets across the broad Hobsons Bay municipality● Consistently provided reliable, calm and safety conscious services to the civic refurbishment projects resulting in regularly receiving positive feedback from supervisors and being given ‘stretch’ assignments and extension training.

Initially a basic laboring position which translated into a supervisor role including training of new employees, planning of jobs and equipment maintenance.

Dynamic door to door sales role involving the installation of a government subsidised power boards. Installation was done on site and instantly with respect to people and their privacy.
