• 4.5-Year experience in business development of GLP testing services and regulatory consulting services. Successfully promoted Eurofins’ GLP labs and registration agent service to Chinese agrochemical manufacturers and trading companies.• Familiar with registration requirements for registering agrochemicals in EU, Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asian countries.• Taking in charge of dossier preparation, submission and follow-up of Technical Equivalence application in EU (CRD, Ctgb and BVL). • Getting trained in UK and Thailand on GLP residue trials and GEP efficacy trials and was involved in studies preparation, application, evaluation and sampling. Getting involved in GLP soil dissipation trials and semi-field honey-bee studies in China and familiar with GLP field operation standards and data record rules.

Built up overseas registration department from beginning, learning how to collect data (Physical and chemical properties, Toxicological studies, Eco-toxicological studies, Residue analysis, Environmental fate), how to connect with GLP lab / Chinese university lab to arrange 5-batch analysis and toxicological studies, how to find good suppliers to arrange product authorization and best samples.• Done for company’s overseas branches to get self-owned registration certificates in Russia, Ukraine and Taiwan.• Cooperated with customers and supported them registration documents to get registration certificates in East Europe (Moldova, Belarus, Greece), Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Turkey, Bangladesh, Oman, Jordan, Tajikistan, Nepal), South America (Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru) and Africa (Ghana, Tunisia, Ethiopia).
