I'll try it anyway.I'm a student of Computer Science primarily. My research is in distributed programming, working on libraries than turn problems of one CPU thread into thousands of GPU threads. I've worked with computers all of my life, whether it was making mods for Minecraft, modeling my lab reports, or making programs to annoy my teachers. And now, I work making computers more capable of computing regions of science of technology size and parallelism previously limited, which is pretty cool.I like to think I'm pretty well rounded, however. I'm a student of the physical sciences (my concentration is in Chemistry), where the most fundamental models of the universe are revealed to me. But I also enjoy the liberal arts, whether its philosophy, history, or law, all have appeal for me. In my free time, I enjoy working out or going on runs. If I've found a good book I spend most of my free time reading it, or if I'm in the middle of a good TV show. I'm also in the Cornell marching band, and sometimes on the club rowing team.
