The year I began my career in the music industry, our entire business model was disrupted by file sharing. This taught me that in order to ensure growth, I needed to constantly innovate. In my first ten years, moving from the music industry to AAA gaming, I observed and learned how the best in those industries reinvented and disrupted their business models. Starting in marketing, my roles expanded to encompass product development, go-to-market strategies, branding, PR, and comprehensive business strategy. The acceleration of technological capabilities has underscored the importance of interdisciplinary expertise, a strength I leverage to build and scale products. I have fifteen years of product management experience, including almost a decade in leadership roles. I have direct experience creating AI strategies with global firms including Accenture and Pearson and I most recently spent five years as part of the core team to build the XR industry’s leading learning platform from the ground up. This led to acquisition by Cornerstone OnDemand and now supports 125M users.
