During my University Studies I worked as a Waiter/Wine steward as Constantia Glen tasting room. In this role I was in charge of customer experiences at the tasting room which included delivery of food and beverage, conducting wine tastings, signing up new members among other responsibilities. Often times dealing with large multitudes of customers simultaneously creating a pressure cooker environment. Team work within the Tasting room was essential for best customer satisfaction allowing me to prove my value as a team player. This experience taught me valuable lessons such as dealing with clients, working under pressure, attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
