The division is responsible for development and implementation of long range plans and sector plans, revitalization of underutilized spaces, and partnerships with municipalities and communities in Prince George's County, Maryland. The division has four sections - Placemaking, Neighborhood Revitalization, Long-Range Planning, and Master Plans and Studies.

Lead the City Planning and Development team and administer the building code, comprehensive plan implementation, zoning and platting, and civil engineering services in the City of Lancaster, a suburban hamlet in southern Dallas County with an estimated 2015 population of 38,801. Lancaster is a located within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, and is uniquely situated for growth - the city has borders along three Interstate Highways: I-35E, I-20, and I-45, and also includes a route for the proposed Texas Loop 9. The city is approximately 50 per cent built out and is poised for growth with ample space for residential, commercial, and industrial development. Additionally, the city boasts a charming and historic downtown square, which was first settled in 1841.

Case Manager for Board of Adjustment, delivered presentation to groups, including stakeholders, public, departments, and other officials, analyzed Commercial & Residential Site Plan Reviews, and Business License Zoning Reviews.
