I working on the Islamic University project, I handled more than 400 switches and 2500 Access Points, not to mention over 7000 users. My tasks involved making sure that the network functioned properly, keeping an eye on it using PRTG/Air Wave/ Solar Winds for any anomalies, taking it apart for analysis, and sending out reports upon uncovering issues. On top of all this, I had to address user complaints without delay and see through all needed configurations on the switches.

I responsible for all network devices at the IU, handling routine maintenance, configuring settings as needed, and integrating all sensitive devices from routers and switches to PRTG. I oversaw their complete functionality and ensured appropriate sensors for each device and their proper operation. Additionally, resolving all issues reported by end users and liaising with the network department, handling them with professionalism, was also part of my responsibilities.
