- Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering to drive and execute product and technology roadmaps.- Drive the product release strategy and planning. Set targets, and measure success and effectiveness of deliverables leveraging Agile methodology- Establish strong cross-functional and cross-organizational relationships with engineering and the other teams- Champion engineering and operational excellence, establishing metrics and process for regular assessment and improvement- Set clear expectations and create a positive work environment based on accountability, in collaboration with the engineering and management teams- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Engineering teams as well as cross-functional teams- Lead, recruit, and mentor engineers and engineering managers- Interface with QA, Product Management, Support, Customer Success and Operations

- Work with multidisciplinary teams to assure the successful delivery of the prioritized Product initiatives and Roadmap- Help to improve the overall process for delivering quality software- Manage technical resources and capacity plans within schedule- Support all teams on software initiatives- Work with the Product team to create and maintain a resource, capability and capacity plan for Product Delivery- Coach the team on Agile knowledege and implementation- Own the release and change management process
