Beginning as a software development engineer and consultant for SunGard EBS, I progressed through the ranks to become project manager / project lead of several multi-million dollar enterprise software implementations, for clients such as JP Morgan, American United Life and Security Benefit Group. Living in places like Beijing and Hong Kong, China I became immersed in the development, implementation and management of global business and technology systems while managing culturally diverse teams of sales, business and technology professionals.
