Founder of a firm specializing in branding and management consulting including marketing and strategy solutions for artists and small businesses.

Executive leadership over a staff team of 15 and over 100 volunteers in a church of several thousand members. Launched new ensembles (Covenant Choristers, Covenant Choral Scholars, etc.), began a concert series, launched and led the national Liturgy Collective conferences and served as Executive Director of the Covenant Conservatory. I developed connections with arts and music communities across Nashville including Vanderbilt, Belmont, the Nashville Symphony and more. I left the organization six months after surviving the mass shooting that claimed 7 lives on March 27, 2023.
