At Entisys360/ Agile360, I joined one of the best teams in the industry in regards to designing, deploying, and supporting Citrix Application and Desktop Virtualization solutions. Worked with customers in a presales architect role to assess existing environments, then design and scope new leading edge solutions for Application and Desktop Virtualization. Performed delivery of assessment and design projects, as well as some implementation projects. Provided technical project management and architect oversight for larger scale projects. Emphasis on Citrix solutions for customers, followed by those requiring VMware or Microsoft Application and Desktop virtualization solutions. Provided remote technical support for our customers when required for existing Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments.

At FusionStorm, I was brought on in the beginning to develop and grow the Citrix and VMware VDI practices in the western region. For the first 2 years in the Director role, I functioned as presales manager to handle presales engagements and engineers, manage post sales engineers, assist in, project management, as well as fulfilled the role of Principal Solutions Architect including delivery and support of solutions in the western region. Was also responsible for settings the standards and policies for the VDI practice. Since February 2012, I focused primarily on Solutions Architecture, delivery, and support, and left the management of the practice to others. Specializing with a major emphasis on Citrix solutions for customers, followed by those requiring VMware solutions. Microsoft VDI solutions at this time are still up and coming.

In a returning roles at GTC to fill a short-term requirement, I carried a dual role, and primarily was responsible for presales architecture of most solutions under the GTC portfolio. That included client design and architecture meetings, writing of statements of work, as well as onsite work in both project management and engineering roles as needed. For the Business Development side of the role, I worked closely on opportunities with the sales team and helped develop pipeline tools and metrics to track opportunity progress. Also responsible for business relationship of many new and existing vendors and partners.

As Western Region Director of the Access Practice, I was a business leader for the ecosystem of vendors that revolve around the Citrix Application Delivery infrastructure. Responsible for architecting solutions and the generation of pre-sales scopes of work and other documentation. Worked closely with sales associates in joint selling via phone, web, or in person to drive the business of application delivery. Responsible for training and mentoring sales team in application delivery technologies. Delivered all marketing events to customers and was technical contact with the many vendors in the Citrix ecosystem. Support of customers for problem escalation of environments during implementation.

At GTC I held many roles from Sr. Systems Engineer to team leader. Was involved in both pre-sales and the delivery of projects to customers with a long stellar track record of customer satisfaction. Was pivotal in driving the business for over a decade to change from a small local server/PC reseller to a full scale IT consulting services company that has become a nationally known Citrix Platinum partner. Responsible for project management and delegation within the technical services team. One of the first Citrix Certified Instructors allowed teaching the public direct, and trained hundreds of administrators on Citrix technology since 1997. Responsible for delivering marketing events to customers.Previously held TS-SCI clearance for an aerospace customer in a classified environment. This has since been de-classified. Previously held base clearance to service projects for Naval and other DoD / military agencies.Sr. Systems EngineerUnder this role, provided assess and design work for customers, implemented new and upgrade solutions for customers. Provided excellent support and escalation for customers.
