Reach is a local outreach to the homeless and needy in Concord, NH. We have over 20 volunteers and very low overhead. Reach focuses on meeting physical and spiritual needs. We are currently serving the community in 3 key areas:1) Serving meals at the local soup kitchen2) Helping people at the kitchen with a van full of donated supplies, personal care.
