I am developing the Endurance training programs at Oak Park FFC. I will be offering private coaching, swim and biking clinics as well as interest sessions and managing the Indoor Tri. I'm a USAT certified coach and am an IronMan certified coach. I attend annual Race Director training for the Midwest region.
