Head Of Enterprise Data Architecture
Current- Collaborate with CDOs across business units- Develop enterprise data structures and standards- Extend the cloud native Equifax Data Fabric with active data management and self-service capabilities- Build a semantic layer that is AI ready- Connect Equifax with leading industry data fabric / data mesh patterns- Act as a thought leader in Equifax’s business to ensure competitive advantage for our data- Design and drive optimal implementation of data acquisition, storage, access, and syndication to meet enterprise objectives- Act as a bridge between the data requirements of business units and technical analytic processes- Optimize end-to-end data environments for the enterprise data strategy – by simplifying, streamlining, and standardizing reusable data structures and flows where possible, including configuration and automation capabilities- Lead the design and documentation of enterprise capability requirements of key data fabric components (ingestion / data preparation, data maintenance, and identity / entity resolution), as well as the enterprise semantic layer and end-to-end data management capabilities that are augmented with automation and AI/ML (data fabric).- Design data domains, taxonomies, ontologies, metadata requirements, and other standards that are critical to ensuring that the meaning of data is precise and unambiguous, and that data is accessible and aligned with business purpose.- Work closely with IT, product, data & analytics, and business unit teams to align underlying physical sources with data domains, logical and conceptual models, authoritative sources, and access points across the enterprise – maximizing value and use, and minimizing data expense, technical debt, and remediation costs- Partner with IT and Product teams to ensure ongoing management of the data architecture through SDLC, IT, and other governance processes
