Generating alerts if files fail to move at any step.-Orchestrated the legacy Exstream Command Center workflow into ActiveBatch, saving considerable costs on licensing during legacy decommissioning.-Architecting a new modern workflow to automate directing print files from the location they are produced, through internal Gore systems, and out to Gore's physical print provider, reporting on metrics and validating document delivery and system integrity at each step.

Projects Designed and Developed:-CFBN 93.3 FM a St. Catharines based 24/7 radio broadcast that provides Welland Canal lift bridge status information to the area. Designed a custom algorithm that tracks and decodes streams of marine AIS reports from vessels within the canal, and live PLC information from lift bridges and locks, to calculate accurate near-future predictions of lift bridge availability. The information is then broadcast live over the air using text-to-speech.-Dynamic message signs on each side of Welland Canal Bridge 11 (Allanburg Bridge) on Highway 20 in Thorold displaying real time bridge status to motorists approaching the bridge.-TV-displayed metrics dashboard monitoring industrial plant floor productivity. Developed metrics that reported on overall efficiency per shift that resulted in increased competition between shift crews for better output, and a measurable increase in the amount of product being manufactured.-The Internal ERP time tracking and project management system for handling all time sheets, project budgeting, and lead tracking processes.
