Tasks and Responsibilities:• Sell new full season tickets, partial season ticket plans, group tickets and single game suites • Set appointments, show seats, and give ballpark tours with the intent to close business• Answer incoming single game calls with the ability to up-sell callers into packages, groups, and suite rentals• Work games, nights, weekends and holidays, as assigned (i.e. answer phones, work sales booths, visit clients) • Represent the organization at in-house ballpark events and off-site community events promoting tickets• Prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities in addition to the leads provided• Maintain computerized records of all season ticket customers and prospects with our CRM system• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and current clients over the phone and at games • Surpassed sales goal of $360,000 by generating $422,212 in new revenue

Tasks and Responsibilities:•Manage over 100 season ticket holder and group ticket accounts by maintaining professional relationships and providing daily customer service to each account.•Assist in the training and development of new Inside Sales reps by leading appointments, answering questions and debriefing after appointments.•Support Supervisor of Inbound Ticket Sales by fielding phone calls and answering both customer and staff questions pertaining to ticket sales.•Took part in rigorous business training which covered prospecting, phone calls and appointment protocol. • Surpassed sales goal of $225,000 by generating $341,511 in new revenue for the 2013 sales campaign• Surpassed sales goal of $100,000 by generating $111,438 in new revenue for the 2012 sales campaign
