This role encompasses supporting ministry teams by meeting their audio, video, and graphic requirements as and when needed. Primary duties include supervision and management of audio and video communication, management of design and visual communication for message series, consultation to ministries planning significant events to aid in the creation of engaging environments and effective incorporation of media, expansion of the current church-wide communications strategy, and review and development of individual ministry efforts/strategies including website, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms. Furthermore, this role entails the production of weekly broadcasts for social media.

One of the fundamental tasks is to coordinate, develop, implement, and maintain community-based health education programs for health professions students in the Upstate region. This involves creating strategic plans, promoting them and ensuring clinical rotations for students in various health professions are secured. To achieve this objective, educational programs will be developed, implemented and maintained to provide students with adequate exposure and training in clinical settings. Additionally, scheduling and securing housing for students in the upstate area is also part of the duties.

Responsibilities include coordinating, maintaining, tracking, and updating the Center's public relations and marketing plan. The role also involves maintaining and updating the Center's media notebook, identifying public relations and marketing opportunities in collaboration with staff, assisting staff in developing and distributing press releases and other public relations materials, and establishing and maintaining contacts with regional media outlets.

This job role entails providing administrative support by overseeing tasks such as document management, meeting scheduling, email correspondence, and interdepartmental coordination. Furthermore, it necessitates creating aptitude assessments for clinical personnel.

Assist technical staff in coordinating requests for moves, additions, and changes of automation equipment for clients. This includes scheduling and ordering equipment and wiring for new PCs, controllers, and software, as well as new phone systems, phones, and phone lines. You will also be responsible for de-installing, moving, or repairing the equipment and wiring.Additionally, worked with customers to solve minor software/hardware issues in a problem-solving capacity.
