Handle all office, administrative, and financial needs for the company.

As office manager, I had to work intensely with all salespeople. This included preparing and calculating quotes for office furniture, creating, placing, and tracking orders, and creating custom AutoCAD drawings of office spaces. It was my duty to handle the needs of six salespeople. In addition to assisting the sales force, I was responsible for customer service duties. This included answering and responding to telephone calls/e-mails, as well as, assisting customers in a showroom setting. It was also my duty to handle all the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables of two separate businesses (three different accounts), and reconcile each bank account. Computer programs used: Peachtree Accounting software, DDMS (order placing/tracking software), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, GIZA AutoCAD

As a customer service representative, I dealt with individuals both over the phone and in person regarding accounts, setting up new service, and turning off existing service. In addition to customer service duties, I dealt with corrective billing, termination of service for non-payment, and assisting outside forces in daily activities. Handle payments on accounts, balance drawer, work all branch locations.
