He co-founded TriAct Therapeutics, an NDA/phase 3 clinical stage cancer therapeutics company, where he currently serves as President & CEO. Prior to TriAct he co-founded and served as President & CEO of BiPar Sciences. At BiPar he led management in positioning the company for its $500MM sale to Sanofi. He led the effort to license the core technology, set corporate strategy, recruit an experienced management team, raise $53 million in venture capital and venture debt, move BiPar’s lead product from preclinical development into Phase 2 clinical development and transform its patent portfolio into a competitive strength.
