Often my colleagues asked me for a help, as in engineering but also to start business or to find a new job. This is how my idea about an outsourcing group of independent engineers has started. I have collected my best former and current students to form the engineering group called Crtica. Together we form a team of independent mechanical engineers capable to solve a variety of engineering tasks. Core of my team are five experienced mechanical engineers with international experience of working in multicultural environments, and some of them are engaged in scientific work. Constant learning philosophy and strong will to excel ourselves in our practice gave confidence to our customers.
