As result, the two engineers are fully engaged in different programs within the company; additionally, the company offered a permanent job to the trainee.• Conducted a liftgate system benchmark to compare competitors and in-house designs to understand strengths and areas of opportunities in our future designs.• Optimized the liftgate panel timing plan by defining and optimizing tasks needed to fully develop new liftgate panels using the last fifteen programs as statistical data.
