For more than 25 years, Tim Gelletly has helped manufacturing, commercial and education institutions find appropriate technology to meet their institutional goals. These technologies include condition based maintenance systems, software, mobile, SaaS, on-prem, and varying integration work. With the wide availability of different technologies in the manufacturing space, this means listening to the current circumstances and workflows, identifying the needed components for success, engineer a solution, and then navigating the business processes for a successful deployment. In 2013, Gelletly enjoyed a one-year sabbatical of rest, travel, and “journey”, which is a formational part of his personality. These experiences assist Gelletly with a thorough discovery process to better understand a meaningful approach to business and departmental goals. As one of the originating Ashcom Technologies team members, Gelletly is proud of the professional journey that led him to be on the leadership team today. At the core of Gelletly's practice are his proud American values, as well as honest, transparent and precise communication from the very start of the relationship. In his off-work time, he serves his local Knights of Columbus council, enjoys select podcasts and audio books, tent camping with his family, all-season hiking, travel, cruising in his “orphan” car, and time on the range.
