Mr. Georgantis is currently leading a team of business analysts and product managers who are managing global processes for software license key generation, 3rd-party software royalties tracking and reporting, and physical software media reproduction. The team enables process automation through machine-to-machine integration, high levels of data quality assurance, and Tier III support for our customers and stakeholders, These processes and underlying IT platforms are evolving to support new business models for utility "pay-as-you-use" style pricing with our customers and suppliers.

Mr. Georgantis provided leadership, expertise, and coaching to a broad product management community for CDMA, EVDO, and LTE product lines for: hardware and software product definition and orderability (including master data and PDM tools and processes), software license key generation and delivery capabilities, export compliance for sales and deliveries of encrypted software, third party software royalty tracking (including audit support), and business process definition and support for new product introductions and release management. Mr. Georgantis marketed electric power choice capabilities to industrial customers in Ohio, West Virginia, New Jersey, and New York.

Mr. Georgantis has several years experience in contracting and managing nuclear industry vendors to provide fuel fabrication and delivery, core design analyses, reload safety analyses and reporting, reactor refueling services, in-core instrumentation thimble tube eddy current services and analyses, and nuclear fuel leak ultrasonic testing services and analyses for two nuclear reactors.Mr. Georgantis has accomplished process improvements to help exceed target refueling outage schedule duration reductions. Mr. Georgantis has provided expert on-site recovery project leadership for minor mechanical fuel assembly handling incidents and reactor loose parts recovery, including continued operations analysis.Mr. Georgantis is also experienced in core follow and reactor engineering support, with various licensing activities with the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and with preparing and evaluating safety analyses and root cause analyses.
