Director Field Services
CurrentProvide management and leadership to a team of local and remote technicians.Proactively identify areas to improve performance, policies, and programs.Improve overall customer service levels.Work in conjunction with project team and network/technical operations center and other organizations to provide better overall customer experience.Serve as the company’s liaison with customer, assuring the customer receives Lefcon's superior customer experience.Communicate staffing plans across the organization, identify gaps early and escalate issues in advance of conflicts.Liaison to our field and franchises for technology issues and process improvement.Develop and lead a highly effective service delivery team including development, staffing, training, and field service engineer effectiveness.Provide active support for region-wide, service deployment optimization initiatives.Manages day-to-day activities of Field Services team to ensure achievement of customer satisfaction while meeting quality, safety, and budgetary goals.Identify the need for and support the hiring of new staff to support project execution plans and goals.
