In Too Good To Go's earliest days, I worked with app development (iOS and Android), backend development and frontend development. We quickly grew to multiple countries with the challenges that presents, and we have had to reevaluate our meeting culture, project management and prioritization and task handling to fit the rapid growth. With shortage of developers, I have been managing outsourcing and hiring local companies to do the development tasks that could be outsourced. As Too Good To Go was able to attract our own developers, we started to do everything in-house.As we got our first investment, I decided to step back from my position as CTO. Because the company grew extremely fast, we needed an experienced CTO, which let me focus on development and technical challenges, instead of spending time on the growing amount non-techinical issues.
