Worked in teams of 3-5 UX Designers on 4-week design sprints offering freelance UX assistance for both startups and SMEs. Clients: The Nutrition Clinic, Edtech Plus and CLUP.life (Germany)The Nutrition Clinic (December 2021)- Managed a team of 5 UX designers through the design thinking process to develop a hi-fidelity prototype landing page.- Conducted quantitative user research on 103 respondents.- Qualified, coordinated and conducted 6 qualitative user tests and interviews on landing page.- Synthesised research using comparison tables, affinity mapping to generate key insights on feature prioritisation.- Developed and delivered lo-fi wireframes and hi-fi prototypes showcasing the layout and content copy of programme.Edtech Plus (November 2021)- Worked in a team of 3 UX designers to design and prototype a gamified piano iPad application- Conducted competitive analysis on 9 competitor applications to identify learning mechanisms and key interactions.- Conducted an observational study and usability testing on a total of 12 children, aged 4 to 11.- Synthesised research using affinity mapping to generate key insights on feature prioritisation and usability.- Developed and delivered lo-fi wireframes and working hi-fi prototype of the entire flow within the game mode.CLUP.life (October 2021)- Worked in a team of 5 UX Designers to ideate and design a club management web application.- Conducted competitive analysis on 5 competitors to identify strengths, weaknesses, features and key interactions.- Translated and synthesised user research done from German respondents.- Conducted user research survey on 29 respondents and qualitative user interviews on 4 respondents.- Developed 2 personas and user journeys to understand components that are crucial in a club management tool.

Constituency Manager (Integration) - West Coast GRC- Consolidated and synthesised weekly reports of local and national issues for Grassroots Advisers within the 5 divisions of the GRC, providing high-level overview of public sentiment of residents.- Enforced schedules, budgets, and disbursement of government grants of up to $250,000 for the GRC, managing resource prioritisation and ensuring proper fund governance.- Organised and participated in workshops facilitating cross-team discussion, understanding, aligning and optimising processes, to improve the organisation’s core competencies as a government agency.Constituency Manager - Telok Blangah Constituency Office- Managed 5 different Grassroots Organisations (GROs) within Telok Blangah and Dover Constituencies, and built effective working relationships within each committee.- Collaborated with multiple stakeholders and successfully implemented more than 50 Group Representation Constituency (GRC) and Constituency level initiatives and projects to date.- Problem-solved and assisted members of the public with intricate government related processes and enquiries.
