The center is currently responsible for maintaining accurate US GAAP, statutory and tax accounts for 27 active European entities as well as the complete order administration process for all trading subsidiaries.Successfully ensuring that the company’s European business is in full compliance with US software and services revenue recognition requirements (SOP 97-2 etc.) as well as all other US GAAP, statutory and Sarbanes Oxley’s requirements. The result being clean financial audits for all European entities in nine consecutive years as well as fully passed SOX audits since its implementation.Leading the European M&A activities resulting in successful acquisitions and integration of 7 acquired companies in Europe. All European Finance activities were efficiently and quickly integrated into the shared services center resulting in fast elimination of F&A costs.High customer (internal and external) satisfaction ratings.Supporting the business in regards of customer contract negotiations, revenue recognition compliance, SOP 97-2 etc. Consistently resulting in quarterly audits with no adjustments or issues.
