I’m efficient in many computer applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Epic, & Evicore. I support our sales, & customer service teams when needed.Leadership is very important to me. I believe a team is only as good as its leader. I enjoy leading a team as well as being a part of one. My role as a Member Services Representative at Confluence Health is in support of the Health Alliance Northwest health plan member services department. It consists of delivering the best possible customer service experience in a call center setting, particularly in handling insurance benefit inquiries, navigating computer applications, advising on call topics, and managing interdepartmental communication to find proper solutions.
