• Resolve disputed bookings from customers and suppliers/hotels with the commercial, purchasing and customer service teams promptly for all FIT and Third-party bookings.• To be a key point of escalation for the AR and AP team, commercials team, suppliers, and customers to resolve disputed bookings, investigation, and negotiations.• Ensure accurate notes are filed on the booking platforms of the negotiation and approval sign off.• Report pro-actively repeated error/mistakes made by various departments which result in a disputes issue arising with customers & Suppliers. Ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner, prevention from re-occurring.

• Resolve hotel and client complaints via phone or email.• Issuing Virtual Credit Cards (VCC) to the supplier• Monitoring of manual issued cards• Assisting concern of customer service• Analyze the transaction on the credit card • Consolidating of Manual Issued and Reissuance of Cards• Processing payment request• Uploading SAP invoice• Resolve VCC disputes from the Hotels• Checking of fraud transactions• Doing some bank reconciliation & revaluation

• Prepares and review loan documents• Assist the client during the loan disbursement• Reviews the technicalities and ensures the completeness of PDCs• Prepares PDCs of SME clients to be deposited for the day.• Monitors renewal of insurances/ additional premium for loan with terms beyond one year.• Encodes information of the client in database template.• Assists client in opening of Saving Account for the monthly deposit of the required / agreed amount and opening of TD for the mandatory holdout.• Maintains loan collateral folders which include the original PNs, REM, appraisal report and original copy of TCT for real estate and original copy of OR/CR for vehicles. Collateral Folders are safe kept inside the vault under dual custody.• Assist and administer signing/ approval for cancellation of mortgage• Preparation of Reportorial requirements such as Monthly Collateral Report• Acts as Custodian of loan documents folder, monitors maturities and segregates fully paid folders from outstanding files and ensures that back-up files are maintained / updated and kept inside the vault under dual custody.• Performs other tasks / assignments as may be assigned by the Cashier/Bank Manager.
