As a Fellow I took leadership guidance from the Director of the Human Capital Division of AFDB. With this guidance, I had to contribute to the design and implementation of strategic assignments that increased and enhanced my professional and leadership capacities. I had to contributing to the governance and development of African continent with helping selected countries with skills development, Health and poverty alleviation programmes.
