Responsible for the analysis, development, and operation of quality systems and tools to meet customer requirements. This includes ensuring a profound understanding of customers’ needs, facilitation of methodologies, process management, continuous improvement activities, business process re-engineering, embedded quality and preventive activities.Sets and implements overarching Quality mission and strategy, and ensures implementation of related Quality policies and guidelines, for all assigned quality areas or organization units.• Defines and / or implements quality policy, guidelines, methods and processes for all business processes of one or more assigned unit(s).• Ensures adherence and updates process in conjunction with the Business Process Owner (BPO)/Sub Process Owner (SPO) process teams.• Sets up quality improvement projects and oversees the milestone and target achievements.• Consults to process teams and to barrier removal teams.• Develops and ensures execution of metric collection plans.• Manages the process metric goals in partnership with the project lead or unit management.• Drives process measurement initiatives, including scorecards and other metrics.• Shares best practices across the project team and/or the business segment.• Manages organization unit(s) assigned, and leads and/or coordinates dedicated Management, Professionals and staff.
