Amongst my duties are:- Design of packaging, POS materials, sales support, and marketing communication for our seven brands (Distant Lands, Java Trading, Alumbre, Java Classics, Java Trading Co., Java One and Seattle Spirit), three foodservice lines and Private Label customers;- Management of social media channels for Alumbre and Java Trading brands, including content creation, calendar e promotions;- Shared management of influencer program, including recruiting and communication with current and future brand ambassadors;- Internal project management and coordination with Operations Team, Sales and Private Label customers, mainly creating and managing timelines;- Miscellaneous problem solver - if we can't figure out how to get something done, call Thabby! That includes communication with Amazon and Walmart vendor programs, creation of how-to manuals for software we utilize in the company, fixing issues with the website, translating documents. You name it!

My work as a graphic designer has always been mindful of expressions of culture found around me. Having had different experiences working in different parts in the world, I brought that knowledge and the respect of each specific aesthetic to my work, with a sense that problem-solving in design always involve cultural questions in varying degrees. As the Chapter Lead for TypeThursday Seattle, my main goal is to remove barriers so the rest of my team can shine.
