Coordinate the development, documentation, quality assurance and assessment of enterprise development and/or training programmes. Oversee the delivery and the quality of enterprise development and/or training programmes by service providers. Customise enterprise development and/or training programmes. Facilitate the competence assessment of entrepreneurs following development and/or training interventions. Manage development and execution of enterprise development and training programmes Develop and manage the quality of development and training programmes targeted at improving business and technical skills of beneficiary entrepreneurs. Coordinate and monitor the delivery and execution of development and training programmes and implement improvements where necessary. Leverage internal and external subject matter experts to develop and implement assessment tools for both entrepreneurs’ competence/skills levels and the quality of training material. Identify and leverage service providers and/or partnerships to support enterprise and supplier development beneficiaries with relevant business management and technical skills. Perform regular enterprise and supplier development programme benchmarking exercises to improve Sasol ESD programmes. Assist in the development and maintenance of management information pertaining to training delivery and expenditure. Provide reports on training and development activities as required. Develop in collaboration with relevant functions e.g. Business Support team the development of training policies and procedures. Contribute to the marketing of the ESD value proposition in order to attract high quality enterprise and supplier development beneficiaries. Contribute to the formation and review of enterprise and supplier development strategies at Group and regional level particularly in relation to the development and delivery of quality training to beneficiaries.
