Working for the company, I had to present ideas to the head of my department in Strategy. I had done 4 research presentations, one was selected to be used as the main research to engage the target market.

Working in culinary, I learned how prepare dishes and how a butchery is ran. It developed my communication, consistency and time management. Reading, following and listening instruction was the task to preparing the food. Learning about the food production, the history of the dishes, Delivering cuts of meats to other stake houses. Communicating with everyone in the kitchen, in order to produce a standardised product to serve to customers.
