Talent Management & HR OperationsTalent Management•Sort incoming resumes and log them into the appropriate tracking sheet.•Assist with the full hiring process of employees; including recruitment, interviews, verifying work history and references, andtracking new possible candidates in HRIS. Manage the Pre-employment process and maintain compliance knowledge.•Facilitate new-hire procedures: including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administeringemployee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.•Send feedback to unsuccessful candidates timeously.•Ensure to have a continuously updated succession plan for all scarce and critical skills and roles in your business unit.•Develop and continuously monitor career pathing programs/plans for identified high potential individuals and graduates.•Ensure performance management/appraisal is carried out effectively for the development of incumbents and theperformance feedback loop is closed. Internal Relations•Partner with Managers to develop and implementation of internal relations Policies, and Facilitate the change management and learning process. Teamwork•Work proactively with other team members and across functions.•Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects.•Handle client requests and deliver quality solutions.Transformation, Diversity, Inclusion, and BBBEE•Assist Divisional Managers in bringing about transformation and achieving targets in their departments concerning Broad- Based Black Economic Employment.•Support the implementation of the annual BBBEE plans for the respective business unit and set up a team of element champions for regular reviews and reporting.Learning and Development•Ensure the workforce is kept at the required level of competence through assessment, maintaining the skills matrix, implementation of workplace skills plan, and training interventions.
