HNA Job Description- Ensure that all the Boards are well cleaned-making sure that we stack the required number of boards.- Ensure that no damages or reject are shipped.- Damages and rejects must be cleaned and packed or stacked in the same pallets.- Making sure that we work on team work and work diversity.- Ensure that housekeeping is maintained at all times.- Reporting to our Team leader or manager for any task that requires her attention.

 My duties included checking the processed orders are well picked and to make sure that orders have been allocated to the relevant route of which is BS Route (Botswana) in order to reach the final destination of which is a customers. I am reporting to Dawn Cargo Manager with any query that needs his attention. Ensure all SARS customs documents are completed prior shipment Managing the petty cash for driver’s toll fees and sleep outs Ensure that urgent orders are loaded and delivered on time Communicate with drivers and make sure that they take fatigue break when they are on the Road.  Communicate with five drivers and 6 assistants in Gaborone at all the times checking their Routes consistency. Debriefing Proof of deliveries and checking the short delivered invoices to customers and Acknowledge of Debt issued to drivers if the stock was lost or Damaged in Transit. Send Shortages and acknowledgement of Debt Monthly Basis to DAWN Cargo Manager. Ensuring that all the Cross Border Documents Permit is up to date on a Quarterly Basis Debriefing Proof of deliveries (POD) if the goods were well delivered and received. Solving Export Queries Ensure that trucks for cross boarder are not overloaded complying with Cross Border Regulatory Act Track and trace trucks while is in the Route Completing KPI report Managing all the drivers that are working under my Departments Arrange Pick up documentation for stock that needs to come back to South Africa (Export &Import)
