I am a senior manager with over 15 year experience in management holding a position of Head of Office Level 2 within legal aid in an office classified as large legal office with a staff compliment of over 60 employees . I am also an admitted attorney with the right of appearance in the High Court. I have studies courses in leadership management at Witwatersrand school of business , multiplicity of courses in HR, Admin, finance ,in disciplinary hearings ,emotional intelligence etc. I have over seven middle managers reporting to me. My entire workforce is comprised of skilled professionals(Attorneys and Admin support). I have been managing an annual budget of over R 41 402 744 consistently for the past 10 years ,successfully spending 95% of the budget .I have been audited many times achieving many clean audits during my time as head of office. I was also awarded many certificates both regionally and nationally as manager of the years within Legal aid South Africa.
