My Career started off in the fashion Industry as a Fashion Consultant at a Men's Dress Suit Shop in Sandton during my Gap year; before attending Wits university to Major in Media Studies and English Literature. From my First year of studies, I had the privilege of being an Intern to DR Precious Moloi Motsepe at African Fashion International whilst Studying.I moved into the Digital Space when I become the Store Manager for the African Fashion International Online Boutique, which propelled my career into the Retail space, such as working for the platinum group and later collaborating with local fashion designers as a fashion stylist and art director. The knowledge and skills I gained under Dr Precious Moloi-Motsepe at African Fashion international as an intern, later the Online boutique manager for all the designers collections exhibiting at Fashion week; Then later moving to working for the platinum group pushed me further into exploring the relationship between the digital space and its influence on people.I joined Alushi Models as the Creative Director and curate the vision and branding of the agency whilst working in close hand with the owner Ms Shashi Naidoo. The modelling industry was the piece which fit in providing me with a broad vantage of understanding the connections between digital culture, fashion, branding and people. I was able to carve a niche for myself from henceforth, as an Online Content creator and Ambassador, connecting with a variety of agencies and brands to bring across their message to their target audiences.The content I created was able to open new ventures where I was approached to pursue a TV Career and still utilise my digital skills as the Community Manager and Online Strategist for the TV Shows I presented on. We went on to get 2 SAFTA Nominations. I am currently pursuing my passion as a freelance digital marketer privately for clients whilst raising my two dogs on a farm in Camperdown.
