• Capacitated Eswatini Deputy Prime Minister’s on Office (Disaster Management) on resilience planning, Eswatini WFP Country Offices and universities such as the University of Nairobi, University of Eswatini, Edward Mondlane University of Mozambique and College of Development Studies, Addis Ababa University to roll out the Resilience planning tool known as the Seasonal Livelihood Programming. • Conducted rural and urban assessments to profile shocks, livelihoods, vulnerability and preparedness ability to influence policy. • Successfully coordinated the piloting and rollout of the Integrated Context Approach using GIS tools in urban Zimbabwe (Bulawayo, Kariba, Mutare and Norton) to map early warning systems. • Successfully Lead the needs assessments and resilience planning through the roll out of the Seasonal Livelihood Programming tool in rural Nhlambeni and urban Mbabane East Inkundla in Eswatini. • Integrated resilience programming of urban cities in Bulawayo, Kariba and Chipinge in Zimbabwe • Contributed to the development of the WFP global Seasonal Livelihoods Programming guidance manual for Metropolitan, Market Town and rural settings to enhance capacities devise context specific social protection, disaster risk reduction and resilience building initiatives. • Conducted and developed Community Action Plans in wards of Masvingo, Hwange, Mbire and Tsholotsho districts in Zimbabwe and produce reports. • Supported 3PA project staff and all associated stakeholders at national and provincial levels to elaborate products and documentation of best practices and evidence of success activities in the country.• Interagency coordination: engaged government departments, development partners and other agencies during various coordination and sectorial inter-agency meetings and consultations on resilience building and disaster risk reduction initiatives. • Adaptation of 3PA tool to national context and generation of Seasonal Livelivelihood
