• Requesting documentation from new employees and booking induction: Full day and mini inductions.• Preparation of induction packs and coordinating induction arrangements.• Entering and capturing employee data onto the system and ensuring accurate records are maintained: Salesforce.• Preparing Salesforce and Replicon reports as required: Timesheets and Leave reports.• Responding to queries where possible forwarding to relevant information to the team.• Coordinating the probationary review periods.• Ensuring HR files are kept up to date: Dropbox or as per Payroll Starters and Leaver Report.• Managing the leaver administration process – setting up exit interviews.• Ensuring all documentations are received before employee’s start date.• Checking and managing expiry dates of visas/work permits.• Providing general administrative support to the team.• Run reference checks on new starters.• Load new starters on Fusion (timesheets system)• Stock Management

• Organise lunch, access and parking for the learners• Check and keep track of attendance• Manage attendance registers and change request• Keeping a clean database for each programme• Respond to business day to day queries• Send reports to segment coordinators, L&D Managers etc.• Capturing cost on LMS per invoice per SLA agreement• Sending invoices to Finance for payment.• Track costs and payment of invoices for projects• Update of learner records with the completion status • Organise graduations for the groups• Providing support to the team• Get the numbers from segments coordinators/L&D Head/Head of HR
