Work closely with the External Relationship Bankers to effectively structure superaffluent and ultra-high net-worth clients' portfolios to create sustained value throughVitality and to respond to any client queries• Liaise with key Discovery Group stakeholders to maximise clients’ rewards and enablesustained value• Handle client escalations and manager calls to ensure effective resolutions to all clients' queries• Escalate client complaints to relevant parties'escalations and complaints systems• Know how to effectively diversify a client’s risk by identifying and proposing existing ornew products to protect value generated in a client’s portfolio with Discovery• Offering guidance to clients on the financial goals that need to be achieved to maximisereturns through the Vitality • Building a trusted relationship with clients through multiple channels e.g. calls, emailand face-to-face by delivering exceptional client services• Coaching and training bankers when required• Communicates existing and new product information to all clients• Require the ability to service credit card products with the potential to grow to multiplebank products including rewards aspects of the products• Monitoring various pools and ensuring queries are resolved within specified ServiceLevel Agreements
