About Thabo Sithole

Thabo Is a Very Ambitious and Passionate young man, who grew up in humble beginnings at a Town in South Africa called Newcastle located in Kwazulu-Natal. Thabo's Love for numbers & processes led him to pursue and complete a BCOM Accounting Degree(Bachelors) in 2014 followed by a certificate in Project Management in 2016. In the corporate landscape ,he is Multifaceted in data Analytics having spent a lot of time in the commercial environment for both Philips Medical and Johnson and Johnson Medical devices. Working closer with Supply chain, Marketing and Finance as a pulse, generating sales, cost and forecasting data to drive decision making within the organization. He spends most of his time developing data models across organization BU's(business units), Utilizing platforms such as Power BI, QLICKVIEW, Insight and Excel, and presenting to Senior management the efficacy of these models highlighting root causes within the business and resolutions to resolve these.

Improved consignment management leading to a reduction of 75-80% of consignment value (2015-2016).• Improved Collaboration between all stakeholders, Call Centre, Logistics and Engineers.• Enforced process adherence to engineers.• Daily pulse checks through dashboard analysis to monitor the FSE cost and Aging.• Able to adopt a pro-active view on daily management.• Improved Process Predictability and Visibility.
